Diamond Dallas Page Said He Told Kevin Nash To Bring Triple H Into The Kliq

It's hard to imagine Triple H not in the infamous Kliq group, but Diamond Dallas Page may have been the reason Triple H ultimately became a part of the group.

Page revealed on "The List & Ya Boy" podcast that he called up Kevin Nash when Triple H first joined WWE and inquired about the Kliq, which comprised of Nash, Scott Hall, X-Pac and Shawn Michaels at the time, to bring in Triple H.

"Paul (Triple H) and I broke into the WCW Power Plant together. I was 35, he was 22 and we were really close. Terry Taylor worked with us all the time. Then he left for New York and I had called up Kevin Nash who had been driving with Hall, with Kid (Sean 'X-Pac' Waltman), with Shawn Michaels and I said, 'He's a great kid, might want to take him under your wing. He doesn't drink, doesn't do drugs. He'd be great to have in your crew,'" Page said.

The Kliq eventually did bring in Triple H and over the years, Triple H would end up being the leader of D-Generation X and win 14 world championships with WWE.
