Nikki A.S.H.: Here's The Scoop: Rhea Ripley Is Despicable!

Nikki A.S.H. still believes that she was the one betrayed by Rhea Ripley.

During the latter half of 2021, Nikki cross transformed into Nikki A.S.H, Almost A Superhero, while being stuck in the middle of a feud between Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair. Eventually, she would even capture the WWE Raw Women's Championship. A Triple Threat between all three women at SummerSlam would give way to a tag team combination of Rhea Ripley and Nikki A.S.H.

The duo had brief success as WWE Women's Tag Team Champions but eventually, the partnership came to an end after Nikki betrayed Rhea Ripley because “almost superheroes don't need any friends.”

Now, Nikki is doubling down that she is the one in the right and that it was actually Rhea Ripley who dealt out the vicious betrayal.

Nikki spoke with Sean Ross Sapp ahead of the 2022 Royal Rumble event where she revealed that she is an honest person and all she was doing that night was standing up for herself.

"So what you need to know about me, Nikki A.S.H., is I’m just a very honest person. I’m always on the side of good, you know? So if someone needs to have something to say to me, I think they should just say it," the former Raw Women's Champion said. "The thing is I’ve always said the WWE Universe, that’s my family. They love and adore me. Of course, I’m gonna have this conversation in front of them. Why wouldn’t I? The fact that Rhea didn’t want to have that conversation is very cowardly. So she’s just mad that I stood up for myself. She betrayed me. I can’t believe you’re not talking about her betrayal," Nikki scoffed.

Nikki also seems to believe that she was just standing up for herself. After all, the popular belief was that it would be the other way around and that Rhea Ripley would likely leave Nikki in the dust, so Nikki, in her heroic mind, just beat Rhea Ripley to the punch.

"Yeah, I knew what she was planning. I just got to it first," said Nikki. "I stood up for myself. I don’t know why everyone’s so mad that I stood up for myself," Nikki pondered.

Nikki continued to spin the story as though she was the one betrayed by Rhea Ripley. She would even try appealing to Sean Ross Sapp’s journalistic integrity and his understanding of the need for justice. Ultimately, like Superman working hand-in-hand with Clark Kent, she decided to give Sean Ross Sapp the big scoop.

The big scoop, in her own mind, is this: “Rhea Ripley is despicable.” Not only would she claim that Rhea Ripley was the one that betrayed her. She would even claim that Rhea Ripley has further fed into her coffee addiction because she cannot sleep at night due to Rhea Ripley's “dastardly betrayal.”

“You’re trying to get the scoop,” said Nikki. “So the scoop is Rhea Ripley is despicable. Dastardly even. The betrayal, I still can’t sleep at night because of her betrayal. Still can’t sleep. That’s why I have so much coffee. You’re always like, ‘Why does Nikki A.S.H.’ always have coffee? I can’t sleep at night because of her betrayal,” A.S.H. said.

Nikki has one more chance to get even with Rhea Ripley and vice versa. Both women will be involved in the first-ever Women's Elimination Chamber match to take place in Saudi Arabia at the WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view on February 19. The winner of this match will go on to WrestleMania to challenge the WWE Raw Women's Champion.

Fightful will have live coverage of the event beginning at 11 A.M. eastern on Saturday, February 19.
