"F-- No, That's Stupid": Eric Bischoff Says Cheese Doesn't Belong On Burgers

Eric Bischoff is not one to shy away from controversy.

During a recent Q&A session on After 83 Weeks, the former WCW President was asked to weigh in on a debate that took place on ARN, in which Arn Anderson insisted that cheese does not belong on a hamburger. Sharing his opinion, Bischoff said the following:

"Fuck no. That's stupid. I don't even put ketchup or mustard on my burger. I put nothing on my -- Well, I season it. First of all, I get the best ground beef I can get, organically grown. I season it very well, and I'm looking for pretty lean ground beef. I season it, I grill it on a nice reverse sear, medium-rare. It's so good that I don't know why you'd want to put other shit on it. Why? Then you can't taste the burger as much. Why would you go through all the trouble of grilling a burger and then cover it up with other food objects? Why not throw some Doritos on there so it's crunchy? Anybody out there that's ever had peanut butter and jelly hamburger? Let me know. I guarantee you somebody's done it."

Earlier this year, Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp asked for restaurants to stop putting shredded lettuce on burgers, to which Bischoff replied saying, "Don't even get me started." At least now we know what he meant.

Bischoff recently sat down for an interview with Renee Paquette, during which he talked about his 2019 return to WWE and specifically how he found the production meetings to be a waste of time. You can find those comments here.
