IMPACT Wrestling announced Brandi Lauren as the final entrant in the IMPACT Knockouts Knockdown tournament on October 9. She joins Rachael Ellering, Mercedes Martinez, Jamie Senegal, Tasha Steelz, Renee Michelle, Lady Frost, and Chelsea Green as the announced competitors.
Lauren made her IMPACT debut on August 19, losing to Melina. She was abducted by Su Yung and Kimber Lee on the August 26 episode of IMPACT.
The winner of the eight-woman Knockouts Knockdown tournament will be crowned the number one contender for the IMPACT Knockouts Championship, which is currently held by Deonna Purrazzo.
