Finn Balor To Challenge Bobby Lashley For Intercontinental Title At WrestleMania 35, Updated Card

The Intercontinental Title match is official for WrestleMania 35.

On tonight's episode of Raw, Finn Balor defeated Bobby Lashley and Jinder Mahal in a 2-on-1 handicap match to get a crack at Lashley and the Intercontinental Title at WrestleMania 35. Balor was originally scheduled to meet Lashley and Lio Rush in tonight's bout, but Rush was still suffering for injuries sustained at the hands of Braun Strowman. Mahal took his place and ended up eating the pinfall in the bout.

Lashley and Balor have traded the bout in recent months with Lashley defeating Balor on the Mar. 11 episode of Raw to capture the Intercontinental Title after a distraction by Lio Rush.

WrestleMania 35 is scheduled for Apr. 7 from MetLife Stadium in New York/New Jersey. Here is a look at the announced card thus far:
