Gianny Sosa, an 18-year-old student at Miami Southridge Senior High School, was arrested this week for attempting an RKO on Principal Humberto Miret. In the video, which you can see below, Sosa grabs the head of Miret while yelling, "RKO" before Miret shrugs him off and puts him in a headlock before appearing to throw an uppercut.

According to ABC affiliate WPLG Local 10 News in South Florida, Sosa faces charges of battery on a school official and interference with an educational institution.
“This could not have been violent move. I mean he weighs 135 pounds and there is no way he could have done this sort of move you see on WWE,” said Camila Sosa, Gianny's sister, to CBS Miami.
In a clip from the court hearing, a man says, "everyone knows wrestling is fake." The judge appears to find the whole thing comical, even snort-laughing at one point. The judge found probable cause for the charges and gave him pre-trial services, which means he does not have to post his bond of $750 in order to get out of jail.
