Former WWE NIL Wrestler AJ Ferrari Charged With Strangulation & Assault Of Pregnant Woman
AJ Ferrari is facing a multitude of charges.
Former University of Nebraska wrestler and WWE NIL athlete AJ Ferrari was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was arraigned in court on July 8th.
The 24-year-old Ferrari is being charged with third-degree assault by strangulation or suffocation of a pregnant woman, third-degree domestic violence assault, and first-degree false imprisonment.
Due to the severity of the crimes, prosecutors asked for Ferrari’s bond to be set at $250,000. Ferrari’s defense asked for the bond to be lowered since he was in Nebraska to turn himself in. The attorney added that Ferrari is a public figure and he can’t hide.
Ferrari’s bond was set to $200,000, and he cannot contact the victim. He’ll be back in court on August 13th.
