The FTW Championship will be on the line when AEW Rampage returns to Chicago.
On the January 12 episode of AEW Dynamite, Dante Martin defeated Powerhouse Hobbs. After the bell, Martin was attacked by Hobbs and his fellow Team Taz member, Ricky Starks. Martin has had a target on his back ever since he turned his back on Team Taz almost two months ago.
Jay Lethal then came out and made the save, pulling him away from Hobbs and Starks. The former Ring of Honor star confronted Starks later that week on Rampage and challenged Starks to a match for the FTW Title.
Though Starks did not provide a response at the time, he announced at tonight's Beach Break event that he would give Lethal an opportunity to capture the belt on the February 4 episode of Rampage.
