Gail Kim Thinks WWE Should Take The Mask Off Of 'Reckoning' And Let Mia Yim Be Herself

Gail Kim is not a fan of Mia Yim’s current placement in WWE.

Mia Yim worked her whole career to get to WWE, even making a vow to herself that if she didn't make it by a certain age, she would look towards life after wrestling.

Now, she is a part of the RETRIBUTION group and is known as Reckoning on Monday Night Raw. Making her in-ring debut on November 30, her mask fell off her face prior to her losing to Dana Brooke, but she has rebounded and most recently picked up a victory over Nikki Cross on WWE Main Event.

Throughout her time on the independent scene, Yim formed connections with many of the greats in women's wrestling including Gail Kim, whom she had a rivalry with while they were both in IMPACT Wrestling, and Mia was then known as Jade as a part of the Dollhouse.

Reacting to the match graphic of Reckoning vs. Nikki Cross, Gail Kim took to Twitter to say the WWE should remove the mask and RETRIBUTION branding from Mia and let her be her true self.

Gail Kim left WWE in 2011 after infamously eliminating herself from a Divas Battle Royal on an episode of Monday Night Raw and has not returned it to the company since.
