Gauntlet Match Added To AAA Ola de Calor, Winner Challenges For Reina de Reinas Title At Triplemanía 34
A number one contender’s match set for Ola de Calor.
Coming up on August 30th is the Lucha Libre AAA Ola de Calor show from the Bert Ogden Arena in Edinburg, Texas.
As the August 22nd edition of AAA on FOX was airing, the reigning Reina de Reinas Champion Flammer and one-half of the World Mixed Tag Team Champions La Hiedra walked into AAA General Manager Rey Mysterio’s office.
Flammer stated that she’s been champion for over 1,000 days and she’s beaten everyone, so she was not going to be in action at Triplemanía 34 in September.
Mysterio then suggested that a Gauntlet match take place at Ola de Calor to determine who would face Flammer for the title at Triplemanía. The champion agreed to the bout.
