Georgia Independent Wrestler Arrested For Sending Nude Photos To Underage Girl For Second Time In Several Months

Coosa Valley News pushed out a story about Georgia independent wrestler David Joseph Mabry. For the second time in several months, Mabry has been arrested for sending nude photos to an underage girl.

Mabry is 25 and is from Rome, Georgia. Police stated that Mabry sent a photo of his exposed penis to the victim through text message.

This comes after Mabry was arrested in April after he sent a photo of his penis to another underage girl. He sent the photo to her via Facebook Messenger. The victim attended a show Mabry wrestled on. She told police that Mabry told her not to say anything to anyone about his picture. He was charged with obscene internet contact with a child. PWInsider noted that the first case is still pending, with Mabry scheduled to be arraigned in November.

His latest charge is distribution of material depicting nudity or sexual conduct.
