- In the opening match of the night, Asuka won the Women's Elimination Chamber Match (submitting Carmella). She will now face Bianca Belair at WrestleMania with a chance to capture the Raw Women's Championship.

- Bobby Lashley would win his encounter with Brock Lesnar via disqualification after The Beast used a low blow to escape The Hurt Lock. Lesnar would take out his frustrations after the bell by attacking Lashley and the referee, delivering multiple F5s.

- In mixed-tag action, Beth Phoenix and Edge would topple Rhea Ripley and Finn Balor, hitting a Shatter Machine on Balor for the pin and win. The Grit Couple overcame adversity during the bout as Dominik Mysterio continuously interfered on behalf of his fellow Judgment Day members.

- In the main event, Roman Reigns defeated Sami Zayn in front of his hometown crowd to retain the WWE Undisputed Universal Championship. Roman needed the help of Jimmy Uso and several chair shots, however, to get the job done. Kevin Owens came out after the bell and attacked The Bloodline.

- During the post-show press conference, Triple H shared that tonight's event was the largest WWE gate in Montreal history with a sell-out crowd of 17,271. It also set a new record for most viewers in Elimination Chamber history.
