Gunther On If He Misses Imperium: I’ve Been On My Own Most Of My Career, I’m Very Good Where I’m Right Now

Gunther doesn’t feel alone without Imperium.

In NXT UK, Gunther formed the Imperium stable, along with Ludwig Kaiser, Giovanni Vinci, and Alexander Wolfe (left in 2021). Vinci was kicked out of it in April 2024, and towards the end of the year, Kaiser stopped showing up with Gunther as well.

Speaking with the Italian Wrestling Channel, The Ring General was asked if he feels alone in WWE now that Imperium is no longer by his side.

“No, I don’t feel alone. I’ve been on my own most of my career. I always had partners, but then everybody goes their individual ways. That’s part of it and yeah, it was a great time. It was a great way into the main roster. But now I’m very good how I am right now.”

Elsewhere in the interview, he discussed the future of wrestling in the European market. Fans can read his comments here.
