Hangman Page will do it.
Hangman Page met with The Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson & Nicholas Jackson) and Kazuchika Okada on the July 10th episode of AEW Dynamite, simply saying, "I'll do it."
Hangman was offered a spot on Team Elite in Blood & Guts last Wednesday, but said he was no longer a puppet for the Young Bucks. Hangman seemingly changed his mind one week later after Swerve Strickland announced that he would be leading Team AEW in Blood & Guts.
What did 'Hangman' Adam Page mean by that?

Hangman failed to get a shot at Swerve Strickland and the AEW World Title at AEW All In, losing to Bryan Danielson in the finals of the men's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament final.
As it stands, The Elite consists of The Young Bucks, Kazuchika Okada, Jack Perry, and Hangman Page. Team AEW features Swerve Strickland and Mark Briscoe.
Blood & Guts is set for the July 24th episode of AEW Dynamite.
