Hechicero Advances to 2026 CMLL Universal Championship Finals

Hechicero defeated Angel de Oro to win Phase 2 & advance to the finals of the 2026 CMLL Universal Championship Tournament.

The World Heavyweight Champion managed to outlast Mistico, Angel de Oro, Niebla Roja, Stigma, Templario & Neon. This came after hitting Angel with La Hechicera (Guillotine Driver) to pick up the win.

This becomes the first final Hechicero has qualified for in the tournament’s history. He will face Mascara Dorada and another person in the finals at the Arena Mexico 70th Anniversary event.
