The story of Hulk Hogan and his sex tape isn't over yet.
According to an article from ABC Action News, Hulk Hogan's lawsuit against Mike 'Cowhead' Calta, Matt 'Spice Boy' Loyd" and Cox Radio will move forward. Hogan alleges that they were responsible for 'stealing, disseminating, using and exploiting illegally-recorded video".
This comes after the defendants asked the judged to dismiss the case, with their motion being denied. Both Calta and Loyd have refused to answer allegations in Hogan's complaint that would provide to their defenses. The judge has ordered them to respond in 20 days.
The most well known case coming from the fallout from Hulk Hogan's sex tape was the lawsuit against Gawker, who originally posted the video. Hogan sued for $100,000,000 dollars, and ended up settling with the website for $31 milion.
It isn't currently known how much Hogan is asking for in this particular case.
