Three matches are set for the January 7 episode of WWE 205 Live.
The show will be headlined by Ikemen Jiro taking on Ru Feng.
Plus, Malik Blade squares off with Draco Anthony and Erica Yan battles Nikkita Lyons.
A can’t-miss edition of 205 Live is set to feature a trio of exciting singles matches, as Ikemen Jiro and Ru Feng lock horns, Malik Blade takes on Draco Anthony, and Erica Yan tangles with Nikkita Lyons.
Whether flying solo or competing in the tag team ranks alongside partner Kushida, Jiro has captured the imagination of the WWE Universe inside the NXT Arena, who seemingly can’t get enough of the eccentric competitor.
Jiro, however, hasn’t had a singles match since October, and he’ll immediately be tested by Feng. An impressive newcomer who boasts a wide range of blistering strikes, Feng has already competed on NXT 2.0 and 205 Live in some memorable bouts against the likes of Solo Sikoa, Cameron Grimes and Roderick Strong.
The stage is also set for a clash of high-flying rookies, as Blade tangles with Anthony. Blade has established himself as a Superstar to watch in recent collisions against Von Wagner and Sikoa, while Anthony has already slugged it out with Dante Chen and Boa less than two months into his WWE career.
Yan, who recently came up just short while tagging with Fallon Henley against Valentina Feroz and Yulisa Leon, seeks a critical victory against Lyons. Lyons lost a back-and-forth battle with Amari Miller in her debut match last week, but the hard-hitting newcomer is hungry to start 2022 by entering the win column for the first time.
Fightful will have results from WWE 205 Live following the conclusion of the event on January 7.
