IMPACT Wrestling 1/5 Viewership Up To Start 2021

IMPACT Wrestling is off to a nice start in 2021.

ShowBuzzDaily reports the January 5 episode of IMPACT drew 148,000 viewers, which is up from last week's 103,000 viewers. The show drew a 0.04 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic, up from last week's 0.01 rating.

IMPACT finished 140th among the top 150 cable originals on the night.

It should be noted that the December 29 episode of IMPACT was a year-end special that featured the best IMPACT moments from 2020. Tuesday's episode of IMPACT was the first new content from the company in two weeks as the December 22 episode was also a year-end special.

IMPACT drew 177,000 viewers on December 15, which was the last fresh content episode of the program.

Tuesday's episode of IMPACT was headlined by Eddie Edwards taking on Sami Callihan. An appearance by Kenny Omega and The Good Brothers was also advertised.
