Indi Hartwell is the new NXT Women's Champion.

Indi Hartwell, with a little help from Dexter Lumis, became the NXT Women's Champion at NXT Stand & Deliver, winning a ladder match that also featured Roxanne Perez, Gigi Dolin, Zoey Stark, Tiffany Stratton, Lyra Valkyria.

Hartwell shoved Tiffany Stratton off the ladder and onto a pile of women on the outside, leaving her alone to climb the ladder. Indi was initially in disbelief, but Lumis slid in under her legs and helped carry her up to the ladder to unhook the title. In storyline, Hartwell and Lumis are married.

It appeared as if Dolin was going to win the match, but Jacy Jayne ran into to shove her off the ladder, costing her the bout.

On March 14, Shawn Michaels announced that a ladder match would be held at Stand & Deliver to sort out the NXT Women's Title situation after Perez was not cleared after she collapsed at NXT Roadblock following her NXT Women's Title defense against Meiko Satomura. Qualifying matches took place with the assumption that a new champion would be crowned, but Perez ended up being cleared the week of Stand & Deliver.

This marks Hartwell's first reign as NXT Women's Champion. Perez won the title on the December 13 episode of NXT, defeating Mandy Rose. She made two successful title defenses.
