Three wrestlers are named on this week's edition of the NXT Injury Report.
Io Shirai was highlighted first in the injury report, stating that she tweaked her knee and was sent for an MRI. Shirai, who had her match against Toni Storm get cut off due to Bianca Belair's interference, is currently listed as day to day with the tweaked knee.
Also listed on the injury was Shotzi Blackheart. After Blackheart lost to Shayna Baszler on NXT, Blackheart was being helped backstage until Deonna Purrazzo attacked her from behind. The injury report noted that Blackheart is dealing with shoulder and back pain as a result of the attack. Blackheart was evaluated and is also listed as day to day.
Lastly, Joaquin Wilde made his way to the injury report after reporting rib and lower neck pain after his loss to Finn Balor on NXT. Wilde is being sent for an X-ray to ensure that he does not have any broken ribs.
Keep in mind, the NXT injury report is a blend of kayfabe and reality.
