Britt Baker's backup has arrived.
On August 13, All Elite Wrestling presented the debut episode of their new weekly series, Rampage. The main event of the show was Dr. Britt Baker successfully retain her Women's World Championship against Red Velvet.
After the match, Baker was attacked by Red Velvet and #1 ranked Kris Statlander, who was sitting ringside. A hooded figure then appeared and came to Baker's aid. This person was revealed to be Jamie Hayter. She and Britt cleared the ring and stood tall to end the show. Baker had been teasing that she would be bringing in help as the target on her back had become too large for herself and Rebel to handle on their own.
Hayter made two appearances for AEW in late 2019 but has been working for Stardom and Revolution Pro Wrestling in the time since.
AEW has also announced that Jamie Hayter is "All Elite," signing to British star to a new contract and welcoming her to the team.
