Jazz Reaches 900 Days As NWA World Women's Champion

Jazz reigns supreme above all.

20-year veteran of the professional wrestling business Jazz has added another accolade to her resume. When she defended the NWA World Women's Championship against Heather Monroe at 'Championship Wrestling From Hollywood's' television taping on February 10th, it was set in stone that she was going to reach the 900 day mark as NWA Women's Champion.

TNA Airs 'Lights Out' Teaser For TNA Rebellion

Jazz first captured the title in September of 2016 and while the resurgence of the National Wrestling Alliance arose in the closing stages of 2018, Jazz defended the title against the likes of Penelope Ford, Allie, Maria Manic and more competitors.

The NWA's next event is the Crockett Cup show which has a main event set that features "The Villain" Marty Scurll challenging Nick Aldis for the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship. On top of that bout, the Crockett Cup tournament is returning and teams from CMLL and New Japan Pro Wrestling are competing in the tourney. Marty Scurll's 'Villain Enterprises' stable-mates Brody King and PCO earned a spot in the Crockett Cup tournament by way of Ring Of Honor's Tag Wars tournament.

While mentioning Brody King and PCO, they have a chance to earn their spots on the G1 Supercard match card when they challenge The Briscoes at ROH's 17th Anniversary Show for the ROH World Tag Team Championships. The winners of that match will go on to G1 Supercard to face the IWGP Tag Team Champions the Guerrillas Of Destiny in a titles versus titles match.
