Jeff Jarrett Feels That Shawn Michaels Will Be In "Showstopper" Form At WWE Crown Jewel

Jeff Jarrett is expecting Shawn to be great.

Today is the day that WWE Hall Of Famer and former 4-time WWE World Champion Shawn Michaels makes his return to the ring in a tag team match at WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia. Michaels will be teaming with Triple H to face The Undertaker and Kane. It has been eight years since Shawn Michaels last competed in a ring and at the age of 53-years old, fans of HBK and his peers feel that he still has what it takes to deliver in the ring.

One of his peers who believes that Michaels still has gas left in the tank is fellow WWE Hall Of Famer Jeff Jarrett who is also still active in the ring. While Jarrett was doing press in the United Kingdom promoting the partnership between Global Force Entertainment and 'Wrestling Travel', he spoke with the folks over at 'Express' and during their conversation Jarrett shared his thoughts on what he believes fans will see from "The Heartbreak Kid" at 'Crown Jewel'.

?There?s only one Shawn Michaels and his athletic ability through the years is one of the things, if not the main thing, that always set him apart." Jarrett said. "I said it in the speech, there?s a Michael Jordan or Wayne Gretzky or whatever greats that you have in each respective industry at Shawn?s athletic ability. I don?t think that just because he hasn?t been in the ring a couple of years that he?s lost that athletic ability. I don?t believe he would sign up for a match unless he had all the confidence in the world. To my knowledge, I see Shawn going in and doing what he does and that?s The Showstopper will ride once again." Jarrett stated. "It will be a show-stealer, I have all the confidence in the world because when you take a Hall Of Famer like Shawn who hasn?t wrestled in several years it?s going to be a highly-anticipated match. It?s something that?s going to get a lot of eyeballs and certainly I?d be engaged to watch.?
