Jeff Jarrett has filed for a new trademark.
On July 23, Jarrett filed to trademark "Slapnutz" for merchandising purposes. Jarrett lists 2001 as the first use of the term. Freedom Pro Wrestling filed to trademark "Slapnuts" on July 16.
"Slapnuts" was the term used by Jeff Jarrett during his run in WCW in the final years of the promotion. WCW printed multiple pieces of merchandise with the term and Jarrett called anyone and everyone a "Slapnut" in his promos.
