Ahead of the debut episode of AEW Collision, Jim Ross revealed that he suffered a bad fall in Chicago, showing off his black eye on social media.

Ross was still part of AEW Collision, joining Kevin Kelly and Nigel McGuinness on commentary for the main event between CM Punk & FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) and Samoa Joe & Bullet Club Gold (Jay White & Juice Robinson).

Ross' voice was audibly not 100% as he helped call the action.

Ross was named as part of the AEW Collision broadcast team on June 16. He also calls AEW Dynamite and AEW pay-per-view events.

Fightful would like to wish Ross all the best as he recovers.
