Jimmy Uso has been arrested again.
According to TMZ Sports, Jimmy Uso (Jonathan Fatu) was pulled over on Monday night in Pensacola, FL after being caught going 50 MPH in a 35.
Cops allegedly smelled alcohol on Uso and he was allegedly swaying as he exited his vehicle. Cops claim Uso told them he had consumed "multiple" beers before driving. The documents say Uso blew a .202 and .205 in the BAC breath tests. The legal limit in Florida is .08.
Uso was booked on a misdemeanor DUI charge and cited for speeding and running a red light. He was released on $500 bond at 9 a.m. on Tuesday morning.
Uso was previously booked on a DUI charge in July 2019, but the jury found him not guilty.
