Jinder Mahal Provides An Update On His Injury Status

"The Maharaja" is back in action.

On June 5th, 2020, Jinder Mahal revealed that he had to receive another surgery to fix issues in his knee. The former WWE Champion had just come back to Monday Night Raw from a previous injury when his journey hit a speed bump.

During the taping of WWE Superstar Spectacle, Jinder Mahal appeared in front of the virtual crowd to announce that he was healthy and ready to compete. He also told the audience to be as vibrant as they can with their reactions and voice their desires on social media, so WWE could give the Indian audience a weekly program.

It was later announced in the show that Jinder Mahal will team with his former cohorts, The Bollywood Boyz to face Drew McIntyre and Indus Sher. Of course, Jinder Mahal and Drew McIntyre have a history together because they were both a part of the 3MB faction in the early 2010s.

Regarding potentially forming an Indian faction once again with Jinder Mahal, Samir and Sunil Singh recently told Sportskeeda that they would be open to the idea.

"Well, I mean, we have history with Jinder. So, let's pick Jinder Mahal in there. It's interesting there's so many Indian talents. You know there's a possibility of it always happening. But I think we have so many different Indian characters right now. Everybody's got a unique look and touch."
