NXT On CW Press Conference, NXT Women’s North American Title Match, More Set For Next Week's WWE NXT

Asuka: On June 5th, Asuka posted a photo on X showing that she possibly had knee surgery. No date has been set for her return.

Dakota Kai: It was announced on the 8/12 edition of Raw that Dakota would be sidelined between 8-10 weeks because of a torn meniscus. Dakota is scheduled to have surgery.

Ivar (of The Viking Raiders): Ivar last wrestled on April 30th. On May 16th, he posted a photo of himself and his Doctor at Andrews Sports Medicine using the hashtag spine. The severity of the injury is unknown, and there is currently no estimated return date.

Kiana James: Fightful Select confirmed that Kiana James is sidelined. It was reported that James is out with an undisclosed leg injury. She is expected to be out for upwards of six months.

Seth Rollins: WWE announced that Rollins would be sidelined indefinitely after being "attacked" by Bronson Reed. There is no expected return date.

Tyler Bate: Michael Cole announced on the 7/8 edition of WWE Raw that Bate was injured during the 7/2 episode of NXT. On Tuesday, July 9th, Bate posted on Instagram that he tore his left pectoral major and tendon off the bone and the surgery was a success. Bate is expected to be out of action for the remainder of 2024.

WWE SMACKDOWN

WWE Unassigned:

Alexa Bliss: Maternity Leave, she last wrestled at the 2023 Royal Rumble. There is no estimated return date.

Brock Lesnar: Inactive, Removed from future creative considerations.

Big E: Broken neck on March 11, 2022. He says he feels 100%, though he has no estimated return date.

Carmella: She and her husband, Corey Graves, recently announced the birth of their child. There is no estimated return date. Carmella last wrestled on 3/12/2023.

Charlotte Flair: On the 12/15/23 SmackDown, WWE Commentator Kevin Patrick said Flair will miss at least nine months after tearing her ACL, MCL, and Meniscus. Charlotte was not included in 2024 Draft Pool.

Erik of The Viking Raiders: In an Instagram post on November 1st, Erik announced that he had C6/C7 neck fusion surgery. Erik will be out for the foreseeable future. Erik was not included in the 2024 Draft Pool.

Jimmy Uso: Fightful Select reported on 4/24 that Jimmy is out with an undisclosed injury. There is no timetable set for a return.

Omos: Inactive; last in-ring appearance was on SmackDown on 04/05, the evening before Wrestlemania Night 1.

Raquel Rodriguez: Raquel is out of action and on medical leave. There is no estimated return date at this time. Raquel was not included in the 2024 Draft Pool.

Shotzi: It was confirmed that Shotzi has a torn ACL. She suffered the injury on February 13th when NXT was filming for their February 20th episode. Shotzi is expected to miss nine months or more. Was not included in 2024 Draft Pool. She noted in late May that she'd undergone stem cell treatments and was also healing a back injury.

Tamina: Inactive since February 2023. Has been backstage at multiple events. Tamina last wrestled on 2/27/2023. Tamina was not included in the 2024 Draft Pool.

Valhalla: Valhalla announced in an Instagram post that she and her husband are expecting their second child in November 2024. Valhalla will be out for the foreseeable future. Valhalla was not included in the 2024 Draft Pool.

WWE NXT:

Cora Jade: Cora will be out of action because of a torn ACL that she suffered on January 12th. She appeared at a May live event in a non-wrestling role. She has posted videos on social media training in the ring.

Dani Palmer: On January 31st, Dani announced in an Instagram post that she would need to have a double hip surgery. There is no estimated return date.

Gigi Dolin: Gigi is dealing with a significant knee injury per Fightful Select. However, she is still appearing on TV. There is no word on when she will return to action.

Javier Bernal: Javier announced on his Twitch Channel that he broke his foot on the June 7th edition of NXT Level Up. Javier had surgery and is expecting to miss at least six months.

Nikkita Lyons: She has an Undisclosed Injury. On the 3/18 edition of the Hall of Fame Podcast with Booker T, she stated that she hopes to be back in time for Halloween Havoc.

Saquon Shugars: On April 3rd, in a social media post, Saquon posted a photo of himself in the hospital with a photo of an x-ray of his knee. The extent of the injury is unknown, and there is no estimated return date.

AEW

Adam Cole: Announced on the 9/27/23 AEW Dynamite that he broke his ankle in three places and will need surgery. Fightful Select reports that Cole is expected to be training for a return in mid to late August

Adam Copeland: Adam said he had successful surgery on his fractured tibia in social media post in early Jun. There is no estimated return date.

Bandido: Bandido has been out of action for a year. Bandido has had two wrist surgeries within the last year. There was hope that he would have been cleared a few weeks before All In. However, AEW did not clear him.

The Blade: The Blade announced on Instagram on Tuesday, September 12, that he had successfully undergone back fusion surgery. There is no estimated return date.

Cole Karter: Cole announced in a social media post on 7/3/24 that he underwent successful surgery for a broken arm. There is no exact return date estimated.

Dalton Castle: Tony Khan announced in a social media post on 7/20 that Castle suffered an injury in his July 13th AEW Collision match against Roderick Strong. Khan stated that Castle will be sidelined for the remainder of 2024.

Danhausen: Danhausen is inactive in AEW but has been performing at Independent shows.

Dralistico: Inactive; Dralistico is inactive in AEW but has been performing at Independent shows.

Eddie Kingston: It was reported on 5/20 that Eddie tore his ACL during his match at NJPW Resurgence on May 10th. Eddie was pulled from the upcoming Anarchy in the Arena match set for Double or Nothing. There is no estimated return date at this time. Eddie posted a photo of himself on Instagram on July 9th, saying he had surgery. Kingston could be out nine months or more.

Emi Sakura: Inactive; last wrestled on the April 20th edition of AEW Rampage.

Jay White: White is sidelined with an injury; he last wrestled against Adam Page on the July 6th episode of AEW Dynamite. The extent of the injury is a foot injury and he is not expected to be out too long.

JD Drake: Drake's tag partner Anthony Henry said Drake is dealing with a torn ligament in his foot. It's undetermined when Drake will return.

Julia Hart: Fightful Select reported on 4/28 that Julia is out with an undisclosed injury. There is no estimated return date.

Keith Lee: Tony Khan announced that Keith Lee is injured and was not cleared to participate against Swerve Strickland at Worlds End. There is no timetable for his return.

Kenny Omega: On December 15th, Omega posted on X that he would be out indefinitely. Omega was diagnosed with diverticulitis. Kenny will appear on the 5/1 edition of Dynamite. Fightful Select reported that Omega underwent surgery in mid-May.

Kota Ibushi: Inactive in AEW, wrestling in DDT

Leyla Hirsch: Ian Riccaboni Says Leyla Hirsch Suffered A Dislocated Elbow at ROH Death Before Dishonor. It has not been determined how long Hirsch will be out of action.

Madison Rayne: Rayne last competed in February, and has had only that match since mid-August 2023. She's working behind the scenes in AEW.

Mark Davis: On October 2nd, 2023, Davis tweeted that he snapped his wrist, and it has not been determined how long he will be out due to injury.

Matt Sydal: In a social media post on June 14th, Sydal announced that he underwent surgery for a right foot injury. He said the surgeon in the procedure would have to break and re-fuse three bones and use hardware to set his toes into the joints

Miro: Has been sidelined with an injury. He last wrestled at AEW Worlds End. There is no estimated return date. Fightful Select reported that the company was hoping they could get him back in the spring, but was behind on recovery.

Nick Comoroto: On August 23rd, Nick Comoroto posted on social media that he underwent successful hip resurfacing surgery and plans to return in 2025.

Ortiz: In Isiah Kassidy's vlog from 3/31/24, Ortiz stated he had a torn pec and would be having surgery in two weeks and have a four-month recovery period. Based on Ortiz's estimation, he could potentially return in mid-August.

Penelope Ford: Inactive

Powerhouse Hobbs: Hobbs suffered a knee injury in his match against Jon Moxley on the 4/24 episode of AEW Dynamite. Fightful Select confirmed Bryan Alvarez's reporting on the injury, and on 5/1, he reported that his injury would require surgery. Fightful Select reported that Hobbs was backstage at the 9/4/24 episode of Dynamite in Milwaukee.

Ricky Starks: Inactive, last wrestled on the March 30th edition of AEW Collision.

Riho: Riho announced on 7/7 in a social media post that she fractured her arm on the 7/6 edition of AEW Collision. There is no estimated return date at this time.

Ruby Soho: Maternity Leave. Announced pregnancy after AEW Dynamite ended on 4/17/24.

Samoa Joe: During AEW Blood & Guts, commentary announced that Joe will be out of action indefinitely after being driven through a wall with a forklift by Jericho during their match on 7/10/24 in Calgary. The injury is undisclosed, and there is no estimated return date.

Skye Blue: On the July 20th episode of AEW Collision, Skye suffered a broken ankle injury in her match against Hikaru Shida. There is no expected return date at this time. Skye did appear at AEW All Out: Zero Hour but was in a cast.

Tay Melo: Maternity leave. Gave birth in December. Announced in a Social Media post that she is training for a return.

Thunder Rosa: Rosa stated on Busted Open Radio that she is sidelined with a concussion. She last wrestled on August 31st. There is no estimated return date.

Trent Beretta: Trent last wrestled at Double or Nothing. In a Social Media post on July 17th, he described multiple ailments that he is dealing with, including bicep, neck, and throbbing neck pain.

Wardlow: Wardlow has not wrestled since March 13th.

Yuka Sakazaki: Inactive; last wrestled on the April 20th edition of AEW Rampage.

TNA

Alisha Edwards: She was placed under Concussion Protocol after a TNA Emergency on August 30th. There has been no update on her status or when she can return.

Joe Doering: Inactive; announced in August of 2022 that he had brain cancer.

KiLynn King: It was announced that KiLynn has a Torn ACL. On 2/6/24, KiLynn shared on her Instagram that she had her surgery. She is expected to miss 9-12 months.

Killer Kelly: On 9/2/24, she announced that she was pregnant in a social media post. There is no estimated return date.

Steph De Lander: De Lander announced at TNA Victory Road that she would be undergoing neck surgery. She says she is not retiring; it is unknown how long she will be out of action.

Su Yung: In a social media post, Su said she would need surgery and would not take any bookings until further notice. She says she is having health issues because of a concussion. She did say that she is on a waitlist for surgery.

NJPW

El Desperado: On 7/22/24, El Desperado announced on YouTube that he was taking a leave of absence from the ring to have surgery to repair a media meniscus injury that has affected him for the last six months. There is no estimated return date.

Jake Lee: Jake Lee suffered a right knee injury at NJPW Road to Destruction on 9/11. There is no expected return date at this time.

Master Wato: NJPW announced on January 23rd that Master Wato has a Torn ACL; it is currently unknown how long he will be sidelined.

Ren Narita: Narita was scheduled for action on September 11 in Sendai, Japan. Narita injured his right arm on September 9’s Road to Destruction event in Korakuen Hall. NJPW announced he will not be able to compete. There is no estimated return date.

YOH: YOH sustained a dislocated left shoulder and damage to the shoulder labrum during NJPW Sakura Genesis. There is currently no estimated return date.

Yuya Uemura: NJPW announced on 9/4/24 that Yuya would miss six months of action due to a Torn Triceps. Yuya last wrestled on 8/10/24 at the G1 Climax 2024 Tournament: Tag 14

MLW:

Davey Boy Smith Jr.: Davey Boy will miss the Opera Cup quarterfinal match. MLW states he was injured during training. There is no estimated return date. He was replaced by TJ Perkins.

MARIGOLD:

Sareee: Sareee has Suffered A Fractured Wrist, Intends To Wrestle At 8/19 Marigold Event

AAA:

Vikingo: Vikingo injured his knee in a match on Saturday, February 17th. It is feared that Vikingo could have ligament damage. Cima announced in a social media post on 8/21 that Vikingo will be at the 10/6 and 10/9 GLEAT Events.

OTHERS:

Bobby Buffett: Bobby announced on March 4th that he suffered an ACL injury. He says there is no set timetable for his return.

Cassie Lee: Inactive, she is on maternity leave

Cole Radrick: Cole on 7/22, posted on social media that he suffered an avulsion fracture of his distal fibula. Cole will be out for the foreseeable future.

Dan Barry: Dan Barry stated in a social media post on 8/25 that he will be out for the remainder of the year. He said he has a torn rotator cuff and is hoping to avoid surgery. He stated that he would have physical therapy during the hiatus. Barry also noted he would still be doing comedy shows.

Davienne: "Not accepting bookings for the foreseeable future" while sidelined.

Heidi Howitzer: On 7/29, Heidi Howitzer announced she fractured her ankle and that she will be out for the foreseeable future. There is no estimated return date.

Jordan Oliver: On 7/7/24, in a social media post, Jordan Oliver announced he tore his ACL at GCW's Worst Behavior. There is no estimated return date at this time.

Kidd Bandit: Bandit stated in a Social Media post on 4/17/24 that they plan on having more cosmetic surgery and will work to return to being in ring shape. There is no estimated return date at this time.

Shayne Hawke: Announced in a tweet on July 12th, 2023, that he has a broken neck and back. He will be out for the foreseeable future.

Valentina Rossi: On 2/14, Valentina posted on X that she would be out for an extensive amount of time with a torn ACL & Meniscus
