A rough 2018 for Joey Janela.
Former WWN Champion "The Bad Boy" Joey Janela is currently out of action with a severe injury that he suffered at 'Game Changer Wrestling's' 'Live Fast Die Young' show in late September. Janela landed awkwardly on his leg and that awkward landing caused Janela to tear his PCL and MCL, sprain his FCL and ACL, fracture his knee, develop a mild bone contusion, a small knee infusion and partially tear his patellofemoral ligament.
Although Janela is on the sidelines for the foreseeable future, he is still hosting shows with 'Game Changer Wrestling' as exampled by his forthcoming 'L.A. Confidential' show on November 16th and 'Spring Break III' during WrestleMania weekend. Janela is not competing in the ring but is still present at some wrestling events much like how he was tonight but adding on to Janela's rough ending to 2018 was having his wallet jacked by actor and retired professional wrestler Tom Lister Jr. or better known to some as "Deebo" from the movie "Friday".
