John Cena will be playing Baron Draxum on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Later this month, John Cena has been scheduled as host for Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards for the second time but he also will be appearing as "alchemist warrior mutant" Baron Draxum on The Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles which premieres on Nickelodeon in September.
The official Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle twitter shared the following image of what his character will look like.
Draxum has not appeared in any other iterations of the Ninja Turtles' universe and he has been positioned as a villain in the new series. Draxum has been said to consider himself the defender and protector of mutants.
The Kids' Choice Awards which Cena is hosting will air on March 24th and among the nominees for awards is his former Wrestlemania opponent The Rock. Cena is also working on other projects with Nickelodeon as a producer including a live-action game show.
