John Cena makes quick work of R-Truth and has a championship confrontation with Jey Uso at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event.
Poor R-Truth entered the ring on May 24 in an effort to save professional wrestling from John Cena, even using Cena's entrance, moves, and mannerisms to bring his hero back from the dark side. It didn't work.
John Cena briefly paused before hitting R-Truth with the Undisputed WWE Championship belt, giving it to the referee, and making Truth believe he was finally beginning to see the light. He went to hug John Cena, and that's when he was kicked square in the balls and dropped with an Attitude Adjustment. John got the victory and then nailed Truth with the WWE Title belt.

That wasn't the end of the night for John, however.
There was a backstage confrontation afterward where John Cena and WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso had a face-off. Uso reminded John that the last time they saw each other, he threw him out of the ring at the Royal Rumble, and Cena said that he would be watching Uso's match with Logan Paul very closely. Cena said that if he retires but the championship and takes it home, and Logan wins the other Championship, that would accomplish his goal of ruining wrestling.

At WWE Crown Jewel in Australia this October, Cena could face whoever holds the WWE World Heavyweight Championship as long as he maintains possession of the Undisputed WWE Championship.
As it stands, John Cena has 23 appearances left as a WWE Superstar. Learn more about that here.
