  • WWE World Heavyweight Championship: Jey Uso (c) vs. Logan Paul.
  • CM Punk & Sami Zayn vs. Bron Breakker & Seth Rollins (w/ Paul Heyman).
  • R-Truth vs. John Cena.
  • Steel Cage Match: Damian Priest vs. Drew McIntyre.
  • Tatanka to attend.
  • Lilian Garcia to serve as the ring announcer.
  • WWE Women's United States Championship: Zelina Vega (c) vs. Chelsea Green.

  • After an introduction from the panelists Joe Tessitore & Jesse "The Body" Ventura, Michael Cole & Pat McAfee welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
  • Bron Breakker & Seth Rollins (w/ Paul Heyman) def. CM Punk & Sami Zayn via Pinfall (Spear from Breakker on Zayn).
    • Bronson Reed attacked CM Punk during the match. After the match, he confirmed he was part of the Paul Heyman faction, hitting the Tsunami on Punk.
  • WWE Women's United States Championship Match: Zelina Vega (c) def. Chelsea Green (w/ Piper Niven & Alba Fyre) via Pinfall (Super Code Red).
  • Bushwacker Luke, Jimmy Hart, and AAA star Hijo del Vikingo were spotted in the crowd. It was announced that Vikingo will face Chad Gable on AAA x WWE Worlds Collide.
  • John Cena def. R-Truth via Pinfall (Attitude Adjustment).
  • Steel Cage Match: Damian Priest def. Drew McIntyre via Walking out of the Cage.
  • WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match: Jey Uso (c) def. Logan Paul via Pinfall (Frog Splash).
    • John Cena attacked Jey Uso after the match, but Cody Rhodes made his WWE Return to make the save, allowing Uso to pick up the win. Rhodes & Uso challenged Paul & Cena to a tag match to end the broadcast.
