Jon Moxley Advances To Semi-Finals Of AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament

The semi-finals are set.

On the October 27 edition of AEW Dynamite, Jon Moxley and Dark Order's 10 faced off in a quarterfinals match in the AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament. The winner would earn themselves a match against Orange Cassidy with a spot in the finals on the line.

Moxley came to the ring in a foul mood and proved too much for 10 to overcome, busting him open in the process. As it usually tends to do, a Paradigm Shift is what ended the match. Moxley rolled out of the ring right away, kicked the guard rail and hightailed it to the back.

The date for the Moxley/Cassidy matchup has yet to be announced. The other semi-final will be decided this Friday on Rampage when Bryan Danielson faced Eddie Kingston.

The tournament will conclude on November 13 at AEW Full Gear. The winner will earn themselves an AEW World Championship opportunity. Kenny Omega was the victor last year, defeating Hangman Page in the finals. They will do battle again this year, except this time the promotion's top prize will be on the line.
