Jon Moxley: Domino's Needs To Chill Out, Nick Gage Can Sell Some Pizzas For You

Jon Moxley has weighed in on Nick Gage vs. Chris Jericho.

Moxley has a long history with both Gage and Jericho dating back to when he first entered the wrestling business and was facing Gage in CZW. In WWE, Moxley had many battles with Jericho.

The worlds merged on Wednesday's Dynamite when Jericho and Gage clashed in a No DQ match. Jericho won the bout, but the headlines were stolen by Gage and his use of a pizza cutter. Immediately following the spot, a Domino's ad aired, which did not please those at the pizza corporation as they put out a statement saying they were "assessing their advertising presence" on Dynamite.

Speaking to Tony Pike & Rick Ucchino on Cincy 3:60, Moxley gave his thoughts on the match and the Domino's controversy.

"I don't think I've ever been more excited or nervous for a match, to watch a match, ever. I know [Jercho and Gage] from two different periods of my life so well and those two universes, I never would have imagined merging. Am I doing some drugs that I didn't remember I took right now? I was standing back there with Eddie [Kingston] and we were watching on the monitor. Jericho went from the frankensteiner and we're holding hands like, 'oh my God.' That match friggin' ruled. It was awesome," stated Moxley. "Domino's needs to chill out. They need to chill. It was a coincidence. Jump on the bandwagon. You don't think Nick Gage can sell some pizzas for you? You don't think the Noid is played out at this point? You're bringing back the Noid?"

Gage issued his own statement on the matter, which you can read by clicking here.
