The finish saw Grace hit the Grace Driver for the victory.

Trinity and Grace embraced after the bout.

This marks the third TNA Knockouts Title reign for Grace. Trinity has held the TNA Knockouts Championship since IMPACT Slammiversary when she defeated Deonna Purrazzo. She made four successful title defenses.

Grace earned her shot by winning the Call Your Shot Gauntlet at IMPACT Bound For Glory.
