Josh Barnett comments on WWE potentially collaborating with AEW for a Bloodsport match.
WWE star Shayna Baszler faced Masha Slamovich at Josh Barnett's Bloodsport X, and Charlie Dempsey beat Matt Makowski, which led to many fans hoping to see more WWE stars at the show in the future.
On April 22, Josh Barnett took to social media to respond to a fan who noted that they wanted to see AEW's Bryan Danielson face WWE's Charlie Dempsey. Barnett wrote that the only place he could see the match happening would be at Bloodsport.

Regal and Danielson have had a close bond for years, as Regal helped train Danielson. They had a brief run in AEW together in Blackpool Combat Club before Regal left the company to return to WWE.
