Julia Hart Says Training At Nightmare Factory Led To Her Opportunity With AEW

Julia Hart discusses her path to All Elite Wrestling.

The former national cheerleading champion has become a big part of AEW in recent months, as she has been a staple of the House Of Black faction alongside Malakai Black, Brody King, & Buddy Matthews.

Even before joining the House Of Black, Hart spent her early days with All Elite Wrestling fighting in matches against the likes of Thunder Rosa, Kris Statlander, and Dr. Britt Baker DMD.

While chatting with Taylor Wilde for a new interview, Hart talked about signing up for the Nightmare Factory and how that led to her opportunity with AEW.

“So there was nothing in Minnesota for wrestling, and then I saw I think it was an ad for the Nightmare Factory that said apply now. I was like, ‘I think I’ll just try it.’ I wrote like a fricking essay and then two weeks later, I think it was the day after my birthday, QT’s wife texted me and [asked] if I was still interested. I was like ‘Oh my gosh’, I remember I ran outside and told my parents I was moving to Georgia. A month later, I moved to Georgia and I started training and then three months after the camp, Cody asked me to come to AEW. The Varsity Blonds saw me and were like, ‘Oh my god, she fits our gimmick’ and that was it.”

Hart last wrestled for AEW on the May 10 episode of AEW Dynamite, where she defeated Anna Jay in a No Holds Barred match. Fans can learn more about Hart's win here.

The House Of Black (Malakai Black, Brody King, & Buddy Matthews) currently hold the AEW World Trios Championships.
