At WWE Hell in a Cell 2019, The Kabuki Warriors of Asuka and Kairi Sane became the fourth WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions in history.
The Japanese duo won the gold when Asuka sprayed green mist in the eyes of Nikki Cross Before nailing her with a roundhouse kick to the head.

The tandem was paired after WrestleMania and initially had Paige as a manager. With Paige out for neck surgery, the pair can now focus on being the new champions and, in the words of Bruce Prichard, they did so in very kabukish fashion.
