Karissa Rivera (Elektra Lopez) Details How She Ended Up Joining Legado Del Fantasma In WWE

The former Elektra Lopez shares how she got into Legado Del Fantasma.
It was in August 2021 on WWE NXT TV that Elektra Lopez aligned with the original incarnation of Legado Del Fantasma, which included Santos Escobar, Cruz Del Toro, and Joaquin Wilde.
Lopez was brought in to offset B-Fab, who was a member of Hit Row with A.J. Francis, Swerve Strickland, and Ashante ‘Thee’ Adonis.
While speaking to The Wrestling Classic, Karissa Rivera, the former Elektra Lopez, detailed how she ended up as a member of Legado.
“So that came about because I actually pitched myself being in the group. That’s how I got in the group. At the time, they were feuding with the other group that had B-Fab in it so it was three dudes — Hit Row, Hit Row, yeah… They were feuding with them and I knew that they were looking for a girl to be with them. So in promo class at the time, we kind of had a lot of freedom to do things that would help evolve our character because I got signed with the group that had Bron Breakker, Carmelo Hayes, Cora Jade, Gigi Dolin. It was a stacked group that got signed, so they were really focused on our character development. So, I was like, ‘I could see myself fitting in with this group.’ So I went into promo class and I did a promo basically — based off of their last match that they had, and I just involved myself as if I was already in the group and it just so happened our head writer was there watching the promo class, saw my promo and I think that’s kind of what really got me into the group.”
Rivera was released from WWE in February 2025. She last wrestled in February 2026 for an independent promotion in North Carolina.
