Karl Anderson On Returning To WWE: Absolutely F*cking Not. Quote That. Dumb Ass.

Don't expect Karl Anderson to return to WWE.

A handful of wrestlers were released by WWE on April 15 as part of company-wide cutbacks during the COVID-19 pandemic. Among them were Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows, who had been featured alongside AJ Styles leading up to his WrestleMania 36 Boneyard match against The Undertaker. The duo also appeared in the match but didn't fare well against The Undertaker.

After Drake Maverick, who was also part of the April releases, ended up re-signing with WWE thanks to his participation in the interim NXT Cruiserweight Title tournament, reports have indicated that WWE might be looking to sign other talent released in April.

Karl Anderson wants to make it clear that he will not be re-signing.

Anderson and Gallows have been teased as being part of IMPACT Slammiversary on July 18, which is when their non-compete clauses with WWE are set to expire.

They've also announced Talk N' Shop A-mania for August 1st, but details regarding the event remain scarce.
