Karl-Anthony Towns: If Danhausen Ever Needs KAThausen, I’ll Be Back In WWE

Karl-Anthony Towns and Danhausen did an interview after the show.
There was a No DQ match between Danhausen and J.D. McDonagh at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
McDonagh had the numbers game in his favor as Dominik Mysterio was ringside to assist him. As McDonagh and Mysterio were focusing on getting a table, Danhausen ran off to his clone machine and put a stuffed cat into the box. He then summoned 2026 NBA Champion and New York Knicks star Karl-Anthony Towns.
Towns delivered chokeslams to both McDonagh and Mysterio and helped Danhausen secure the win. While being interviewed by Sam Roberts and Megan Morant, Towns credited Danhausen for the recent successes in New York.
Towns: “I agree; he is the champion of New York City. KAThausen here with Danhausen.”
Danhausen: “You’re the champion of New York City too.”
Towns: “Ah, I’m just sharing the championship with you… Ever since we’ve been uncursed, you’ve seen how New York’s been living. It’s all because of Danhausen.”
K.A.T. was then asked if he’ll be back in WWE and responded:
“If Danhausen ever needs KAThausen, I’ll be back.”
2026 NBA Finals MVP Jalen Brunson was in the closing segment of Saturday Night’s Main Event. More on that can be read about here.
