Karrion Kross Says He Has A Feeling He'll Wrestle In A Cinematic Match Before The End Of The Year

Cinematic wrestling is all the rage right now, but U.S. promotions have experimented with it before this year, including Lucha Underground.

NXT's Karrion Kross knows all too well how Lucha Underground operates and handles its presentation when it comes to certain matches given that he was on the show as The White Rabbit. Speaking to the Digital Spy, Kross talked about the influence Lucha Underground has had on both the wrestling industry and on himself.

"One of the key people on that show was former WWE and it's really interesting. I think that the things that we did manifested into multiple different directions. I was very happy, very proud to be a part of that. I learned a lot from being in that realm," Kross said.

WWE and NXT has already done several cinematic matches, from Undertaker vs. AJ Styles in a Boneyard Match to the NXT Championship match between Adam Cole and Velveteen Dream at TakeOver: In Your House. When it comes to any potential cinematic wrestling matches that Kross could be involved in, Kross said he has a couple of them in mind.

"I have a couple in mind and I have a feeling that we may see one before the end of the year," Kross said.
