Katsuyori Shibata & KENTA Teaming Up At TAKAYAMANIA EMPIRE V

Katsuyori Shibata and KENTA are back in tag team action.

Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan, is playing host to the benefit show for former wrestler Yoshihiro Takayama. The yearly event is called TAKAYAMANIA EMPIRE, and the upcoming September 7th show is the fifth installment. Takayama has been paralyzed from the neck down since 2017.

The newest addition to the card is a tag team bout that will see Caol Uno and NOAH’s Katsumi Inahata taking on the duo of KENTA and Katsuyori Shibata.

Shibata and KENTA teamed up at the 2025 TAKAYAMANIA EMPIRE show. They went to a 30-minute team limit draw against Minoru Suzuki and Naomichi Marufuji.
