Kenny Omega Injury Update

Kenny Omega is expected back for the Mar. 25 AEW Dynamite, where he is scheduled to wrestle in the Blood & Guts match.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer provides the update on Omega, who suffered a broken pinky at AEW Revolution in his Tag Team Title bout against The Young Bucks.

Omega is scheduled to defend his AAA Mega Heavyweight Title against Laredo Kid on Mar. 21 and it's being determined if that match will proceed. It is unclear when Omega will be cleared for action, just that he'll compete in the Blood & Guts match on Mar. 25.

AAA released a promo by Omega on Mar. 5, hyping the match with Laredo Kid, but it is unknown when the promo was filmed. Omega shows no signs of an injury in the promo.

AEW Dynamite on Mar. 25 was scheduled to take place in Newark, NJ, but the Prudential Center canceled all events due to the coronavirus outbreak. It is unknown where the event will take place. AEW has moved the Mar. 18 AEW Dynamite from Rochester to Jacksonville. You can find more information on the move by clicking here.
