Kenny Omega Says Will Ospreay's Merchandise Sales Are 'Justifiably Putrid'

Will Ospreay fired back at Kevin Nash, and Kenny Omega chimed in.

The WWE Hall of Famer took notice of a tweet that pointed out Ospreay's rate of in-ring success lately; the IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion has had more five-star matches in a month than CM Punk, John Cena, and Kurt Angle combined, according to Twitter user @WrestleBanana.

Nash responded to the tweet and asked, "How's his merchandise sales?"

Ospreay subsequently replied and stated, "Did you tear your quads writing this tweet?"

Ospreay recently competed in a buzzworthy match on AEW Dynamite; he and Aussie Open defeated Death Triangle on the August 24 episode of AEW Dynamite. Due to this win, the United Empire representatives will face Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks in the AEW World Trios Championship Tournament Dynamite Finals on the August 31 episode of thee show.

Ahead of this bout, Omega took a shot at Ospreay; seeing Nash's tweet, he criticized the NJPW star's merchandise sales.
