This week for Kenny Williams, it was better to be lucky than good and Amir Jordan must leave NXT UK.
In a highly emotional contest between two former tag team partners, Kenny Williams defeated Amir Jordan, and per the stipulation of the No Disqualification contest, Jordan must now leave the NXT UK brand.
It was a highly competitive match but in the end, only one man could stay on the brand and their difference in philosophy which started the rift of their tag team was the deciding factor.
Kenny Williams had attempted to throw a steel chair in the face of Amir Jordan while he was on the top rope but Jordan caught the chair and threw it back at Williams instead of using it. Williams was able to think fast and deflect the chair, luckily falling on the ropes which led to Jordan being crotched on the top rope. Williams then gets the victory with the headlock driver on the steel chair.
After the match, Williams celebrated before leaving Jordan to emotionally soak in his final moments on NXT UK.
