Kevin Owens gets rid of Shane McMahon.
On Friday's SmackDown on Fox premiere, Kevin Owens overcame Shane McMahon; climbing the ladder, securing the briefcase, and ridding WWE of Shane. Per the stipulation of the match, Shane is now "fired" from WWE. The match was what you would expect from a ladder match featuring Shane McMahon as he pulled off his top rope elbow drop through the announce table on the outside and a coast-to-coast using the ladder. Not to be outdone, Owens hit a frog splash through the ladder and powerbombed Shane onto a propped up ladder, which led to Owens climbing the ladder to get the briefcase.

After the bout, Owens screamed "YOU'RE FIRED!" at McMahon, before delivering a Stunner.
