Reeves was signed by WWE in May 2014. He made his WWE debut at a NXT live event in April 2015 and made his television debut on the May 4, 2016 episode of NXT, losing to No Way Jose. He used the names Noah Kekoa and Noah Potjes before adopting the Kona Reeves moniker in November 2016.

He was used on and off on television until April 2018 when vignettes aired dubbing him "The Finest" Kona Reeves. Though he was a regular at live events, he still struggled to find a permanent role on television. He would make appearances for EVOLVE and NXT UK during his time with the company.

He last wrestled on the February 19, 2020 episode of NXT, losing quickly to Keith Lee.
