Kota Ibushi Says He Will Wrestle For NJPW "Until The Day I Die"

Kota Ibushi is NJPW 4 life.

At The New Beginning in Osaka in February, Kota Ibushi made his return to NJPW and announced that he would not be leaving NJPW. Shortly after his return, it was reported that Ibushi had signed a two-year deal with the company. But Ibushi is looking to stay with NJPW for much longer.

In a post on Instagram, NJPW and Ibushi made the deal official with Ibushi saying the term of his contract is "until the day I die."

Ibushi previously revealed that he turned down an offer from AEW and wants to wrestle exclusively for NJPW. You can view his comments on the matter by clicking here.

With Ibushi locked up, NJPW has made him an even bigger focal point of their events. He defeated Tetsuya Naito at ROH-NJPW G1 Supercard at Madison Square Garden to capture the IWGP Intercontinental Title. He recently defended the belt against Zack Sabre Jr. in the main event of NJPW Sengoku Lord In Nagoya.
