Lacey Lane (Kayden Carter) Responds To Belief That She Copied Jacy Jayne’s Name
Lacey Lane responds to her doubters.
AEW Dynamite Title Tuesday was a huge night for Lacey Lane, as she made her AEW debut by challenging Mercedes Mone for the TBS Championship. Despite being unsuccessful in her challenge, fans were impressed by Lane and her ability to keep up with ‘The C.E.O’.
Due to the national spotlight, some fans criticized Lacey Lane for copying the ring name of Jacy Jayne, who wrestles for NXT. As most fans will know, Lacey Lane used the ring name before becoming Kayden Carter after signing with WWE in 2018.
On the flip side, Jacy Jayne used the Avery Taylor ring name before she was signed by WWE in 2020.
